• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days inside Cairo and up to 5 business days for Alexandria and other governorates.
  
  
• Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details if available.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
